Book with confidence. We are a Member of ABTA which means you have the benefit of ABTA's assistance and Code of Conduct. All the package and Flight-Plus holidays we sell are covered by a scheme protecting your money if the supplier fails. Other services such as hotels or flights on their own may not be protected and you should ask us what protection is available. Our membership of the Civil Aviation Authority's ATOL (Air Travel Operators Licence) number is 9150. You can check an agent's ATOL status here.

- Deposit value up to £100 per person - this can include any low deposit offered by the Tour Operator
- Holidays must be booked before the 31st of October 2019
- Deposit payment required by the 1st of December 2019 - extensions may be added due to non ATOL refund on valid ATOL claims
- When booking we will require a valid Credit Card to be kept on file, if no deposit is paid by the 7th of December 2019 then we will automatically take the payment from the card given
- If you decide to cancel your holiday between date of booking and the deposit due date you are still liable to pay the deposit in full
- We require proof of previous booked Thomas Cook holiday on the day of booking - such as a confirmation or ATOL certificate
