Gift Vouchers
The £50.00 voucher is to be collected from the Centre Management Suite on Level 5.
Monday – Saturday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. 
Provided as five £10 vouchers, the customer can simply visit one of the participating stores and use them in the same way as cash. In the event that the voucher value exceeds the total cost, stores will not be able to provide change or credit.
Participating stores as of September 2020 are: Next, HMV, Hotel Chocolat, Chisholm Hunter, The Perfume Shop, Lapis, Starbucks, Superdry, Joules, H.Samuel, The Body Shop, Trespass, Quiz, Waterstones, White Stuff, Ernest Jones, Topshop and Topman, Fuel Juice Bar, Cafferys, FatFace, The Entertainer, Claire's, schuh, Yankee Candle, and Pandora.
 
Delivery Service 
Shoppers simply drop off their shopping at the Centre Management Suite and Woody's Express Parcels will deliver it back to their Island front door.
Up to three boxes (H34cm, W44.5cm & L66cm) of purchases made at Eastgate can be filled for only £12.00.
Payable by cash at the Centre Management Suite on Level 5, this service is available Monday – Saturday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. Please note that the exact amount of change is required.
